Math:
We're continuing on with multiplication. So far we've done the 0s (zero property) 1s (identity property), 2s, 3s, 5s, 6s, and 10s. We made flashcards for the 3s and 6s. We didn't make flashcards for the other facts learned because those facts are ones that students can skip count and should know by pattern. Ask your child about the doubles strategy for the 3s and 6s! =) Keep practicing all facts and reviewing skills on IXL!

Habitat projects are coming along and students will be finishing these up in class this week. They will present their projects next week.

We're reviewing indians from second grade (Powhatan, Lakota, and Pueblo). Students should know each tribe's region, occupations, type of home, and method(s) of transportation. Please be sure to review notes daily. Stay tuned for a test/quiz date.
