My apologies for not posting about this week - I've been swamped with data and report cards. =) Plus, it was a wacky week due to teacher work days on Monday and Tuesday. We are simply reviewing for the upcoming CheckPoint Assessments (CPA/benchmark tests) in all areas. Social Studies is Friday (2/5); reading is Monday and Tuesday; math is Wednesday and Thursday.
We are not doing spelling/word study until all CPA testing is complete. So we will pick back up with word study the week of 2/16. Between now and then, I'll be reassessing word study groups - there's been a lot of progress, so some students will be moving groups.
Remember to keep sending in those Boxtops to earn as much money as possible for CAES!!
