I know that students are ready to show off all they've learned this year and rock their Reading SOL test on Thursday and Friday! They are well-prepared and ready to roll! They know that if they put forth their best effort and use all the strategies that we've learned, the test will be a piece of cake.
Due to testing, there is no spelling list this week or next. Homework will focus on completing the review packets (Thunks) for reading and math. Remember that our testing sessions are in the afternoon, so please try not to pick your child up early on testing days.
The Book Swap is coming up, so if your child would like to participate, he or she can donate up to 5 books in order to "swap" up to 5 books.
After SOL testing, there are not any additional CPA tests. Major testing will be DONE! =)
The math SOL test is next Tuesday and Wednesday. Remember to keep using IXL as a tool to review all math concepts that we've covered this year.
